As a community, we’ll revel in the resurgence of family travel and elevate our work in creating new experiences and possibilities. The Hilton Boston/Woburn is located near Boston, entertainment, and attractions. With contemporary accommodations and on-site dining, the Hilton Boston/Woburn is off I-93, in the Cummings Park Business Center, next to local shopping and quick bites.

Summit cancellations must be received in writing no later than August 31, 2023. All cancellations are subject to a 20% administrative fee. The FTA will not issue refunds for registration after August 31, 2023; however, substitutions without penalty are welcomed or payments can be applied to the next year’s Summit only. Substitutions made after August 31 will be subject to a $75 change fee. The FTA regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. All requests related to substitution and changes must be submitted in writing by email to info@familytravel.org.


In the event the FTA must cancel the Summit due to any unforeseen circumstances, the FTA will issue a full refund for paid registrations. The FTA is NOT liable for reimbursement of any expenses (including but not limited to transportation, hotel, food and beverage, incidentals) incurred by 2023 FTA Summit registered attendees as a result of the Summit cancellation.
