Attendees will need to arrive at Providenciales International Airport (PLS) on Thursday September 12th and plan to depart on Sunday September 15, 2024.

FTA Retreat cancellations must be received in writing no later than July 14, 2024. All cancellations are subject to a 20% administrative fee. The FTA will not issue refunds for registration after July 14, 2024; however, substitutions without penalty are welcomed or payments can be applied to the next year’s Retreat only. Substitutions made after July 14 will be subject to a $75 change fee. The FTA regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. All requests related to substitution and changes must be submitted in writing by email to info@familytravel.org.


In the event the FTA must cancel the Retreat due to any unforeseen circumstances, the FTA will issue a full refund for paid registrations. The FTA is NOT liable for reimbursement of any expenses (including but not limited to transportation, hotel, food and beverage, incidentals) incurred by 2024 FTA Travel Advisor Retreat registered attendees as a result of the Retreat cancellation.
